CONSTITUTION OF THE NATION OF JUSTICE

CONSTITUTION OF THE NATION OF JUSTICE (NOJ)

"In God Our Trust — To Justice We Stand with Respect & Equality"
Adopted by the People of the Nation of Justice

A holy covenant of Respect, Equality and Justice for all peoples, races, tongues and generations — without borders, beyond politics, beneath the canopy of the Supreme God.

CEREMONIAL DECLARATION

The Divine Charter of Justice

This Constitution of the Nation of Justice is not of man's invention alone but of divine ordination. It is revealed by the Supreme God, entrusted to the principal Founder being the Messenger, and delivered to the world as a holy covenant.

It is to be respected, honored, and upheld in the same sacred regard as the great guides of humanity — the Bible, the Qur'an, the Torah, traditional holistic practices, and the Bhagavad Gita.

By this Constitution, the Nation of Justice shall forever stand as a global nation of Respect, Truth, Equality, and Peace — a nation without borders, belonging to all people, established in principle and upheld in spirit.

In God Our Trust — To Justice We Stand with Respect & Equality.

PREAMBLE

We, the People of the Nation of Justice, united in our shared humanity, conscious of the eternal principles of Respect, Fairness, Equality, and Truth, and inspired by the flaming sword of Justice and the flowing waters of unity, do solemnly adopt this Constitution.

This Constitution is not merely a human charter but a holy guide — received from the Supreme God, entrusted to the principal Founder being the Messenger, and given to the world as the supreme light of Justice. It is to be respected, regarded, honored, defended, and upheld with the same reverence given to the Bible, the Qur'an, the Torah, the Bhagavad Gita, and traditional holistic practices.

We affirm that the true revolution begins in the mind of every citizen, and that no nation can rise higher than the conscience of its people. We therefore bind ourselves and those who shall come after us to live by this Constitution as a covenant of awakening, accountability, and service.

In God Our Trust — To Justice We Stand with Respect & Equality.

CHAPTER I

Foundational Principles

  1. Respect, Equality, and Justice shall be the supreme guiding principles of the Nation of Justice, from which all other rights, duties, and structures shall flow.
  2. This Constitution, as the divine guide of Justice, is to be honored as sacred and lived by as a holy covenant.
  3. The Nation of Justice is a sovereign entity, not limited by geography, but bound by divine, moral, and legal principles.
  4. It is a global nation without borders, existing as a universal covenant for all peoples, races, tongues, and generations.
  5. The Nation of Justice shall exist as both a spiritual and legal movement, transcending politics and geography, to uphold Respect, Truth, and Equality.
  6. The Nation of Justice does not exist to fight any government, but to awaken the conscience of citizens and to assist every government to see and do the needful for the welfare of all.
  7. This Constitution is the supreme law and sacred guide of the Nation of Justice; any rule, custom, or directive inconsistent with it shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be void within the Nation of Justice.
CHAPTER II

Rights and Freedoms

  1. Every person has inherent dignity and the right to have that dignity respected and protected at all times and in every place.
  2. All people are equal before Justice; no discrimination shall be permitted on grounds of race, ethnicity, nationality, tribe, language, religion, gender, age, ability, social origin, or any other ground that divides what God has made one.
  3. Every person shall enjoy freedoms of conscience, belief, expression, association, assembly, movement, and access to Justice.
  4. Every person shall have the right to truthful information, to honest representation, and to be heard before being judged.
  5. Special protection shall be given to the homeless, the poor, the elderly, the disabled, children, refugees, the displaced, and all who are marginalized.
  6. No person within the Nation of Justice shall take the law into their own hands; justice belongs to the courts and to lawful authorities, not to the street, the mob, or the crowd.
  7. No member shall be silenced for telling the truth, nor punished for refusing to take or offer a bribe.
CHAPTER III

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Every member of the Nation of Justice shall uphold Respect, Fairness, Honesty, and Peace in word and in deed.
  2. Every member shall practice accountability first in the mirror, before demanding it from any leader, institution, or stranger.
  3. Every member shall refuse the bribe, whether offered as a small token on an election day or as a great inducement in high office.
  4. Every member shall defend their community before demanding attention from any capital, and shall make positive contribution to the place where they reside.
  5. Every member shall respect lawful authority and shall render assistance to lawful agencies in the maintenance of law, order, and peace.
  6. Every member shall declare their income honestly, pay their lawful taxes, and obtain their livelihood without fraud, theft, or shortcut.
  7. Leaders within the Nation of Justice are bound to serve as stewards under God's trust, accountable to the People, without corruption, oppression, or favouritism. Anything less is a betrayal of this covenant.
CHAPTER IV

Structure of Governance

  1. Sovereignty rests with the People under Justice. All authority within the Nation of Justice derives from the People and from this Constitution.
  2. The supreme governing organ is the Council of Justice, composed of persons chosen for their wisdom, integrity, and demonstrated service to Respect, Equality, and Justice.
  3. The Leader of Justice serves as Head of the Nation of Justice and Guardian of Justice, being the principal Founder being the Messenger, and is the custodian of this Constitution.
  4. The Judiciary of the Nation of Justice shall remain independent, impartial, and protective of rights. Its decisions shall be made without fear, favour, or prejudice.
  5. The Nation of Justice shall be expressed through Country Chapters in every land where the People accept this covenant. Each Chapter operates under this Constitution while honouring the lawful framework of the country in which it stands.
  6. No officer or member of the Nation of Justice is above this Constitution; the highest leader and the newest member are bound equally by its provisions.
  7. Decisions of governance shall, wherever possible, be reached by counsel, consensus, and prayer, and shall be recorded for the memory of the Nation.
CHAPTERS V & VI

Economic and Social Justice · Symbols

Chapter V — Economic and Social Justice

  1. The Nation of Justice shall champion universal access to food, shelter, healthcare, and education, and shall stand against any economic order that treats human beings as disposable.
  2. The economy shall serve human dignity, not exploit it; profit shall not be permitted to silence conscience.
  3. The Nation of Justice shall protect water, land, air, and natural resources against abuse, recognising the Earth as a trust shared between generations.
  4. The Nation of Justice shall promote honest labour, dignity of work, and self-reliance, and shall reject the worship of unearned wealth.
  5. The Nation of Justice shall speak for the voiceless — for unpaid pensioners, unprotected workers, displaced families, and forgotten communities — and shall not be silent in the face of avoidable suffering.

Chapter VI — Symbols of the Nation of Justice

  1. The Flaming Sword of Justice symbolises the defence of truth, the impartiality of judgement, and the courage required to stand against wrong.
  2. The Waters of Unity symbolise equality, merging all differences into one soul; as rivers lose their separate names in the ocean, so do tribe, tongue, and creed dissolve into the one humanity.
  3. The Emblem of the Nation of Justice is the figure of Justice bearing the sword and the scale, encircled by the letter "N", inscribed with the words "Respect, Equality, and Justice for All".
  4. The motto of the Nation of Justice shall be: "In God Our Trust — To Justice We Stand with Respect & Equality."
  5. The anthem of the Nation of Justice pledges loyalty to Justice, Equality, Peace, and this Constitution as a holy guide.
  6. The colours of the Nation of Justice — drawn from its emblem and seal — shall be honoured as visual reminders of the covenant: the deep blue of steadfastness, the bronze-gold of integrity, and the cream of conscience.
CHAPTERS VII & VIII

Membership · Country Chapters

Chapter VII — Membership and Admission

  1. Membership of the Nation of Justice is open to every person of good conscience who accepts this Constitution and the principles of Respect, Equality, and Justice for all.
  2. Membership is not granted by birth, tribe, passport, or wealth, but by free acceptance of the covenant and by the conduct of one's daily life.
  3. No person shall be refused admission on grounds of race, nationality, religion, language, gender, or social standing.
  4. Each member is called to be both a citizen and a sentinel — a citizen of conscience and a sentinel of justice — within their family, their community, and their nation of birth or residence.
  5. A member who, by sustained conduct, denies the principles of this Constitution may be counselled, warned, and — if no change follows — released from membership by the Council of Justice. Release is not condemnation; the door of return remains open to the truly repentant.

Chapter VIII — Country Chapters and Global Order

  1. The Nation of Justice expresses itself in every land through Country Chapters, each rooted in the soil and culture of the country it serves while bound to the one Constitution.
  2. The Chapters presently active and recognised are those of Nigeria, South Africa, the United States of America, and the United Arab Emirates. Other Chapters — including those of the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Kenya — shall be established as the covenant takes root, and others shall follow in the fullness of time.
  3. Each Chapter shall honour the lawful constitution of the country in which it operates, and shall pursue its work through awareness, advocacy, peaceful action, and lawful institutions.
  4. No Chapter shall pursue violence, sedition, or any act that brings the Nation of Justice into reproach.
  5. Chapters shall be in communion with one another, sharing wisdom, materials, and support, and shall report regularly to the Council of Justice on their work and witness.
  6. The official offices of the Nation of Justice include the Powder Springs (United States) headquarters, the Abuja (Nigeria) chapter office, and the Cape Town (South Africa) chapter office; further offices shall be opened as the work expands.
CHAPTERS IX & X · CONCLUSION

Advocacy · Continuity · Conclusion

Chapter IX — Advocacy and Peaceful Action

  1. The Nation of Justice pursues its mission through awakening, advocacy, peaceful assembly, lawful petition, education, publication, and dialogue with authorities.
  2. The Nation of Justice may issue open letters, position papers, and proposals to governments, parliaments, judiciaries, security agencies, and international bodies, in pursuit of accountability and the welfare of the People.
  3. The Nation of Justice shall publish handbooks, addresses, and educational materials in the languages of the people it serves, that no soul be excluded by the barrier of tongue.
  4. The Nation of Justice shall stand with those wronged by corruption, judicial misconduct, abuse of power, and the failures of public office, while refusing to descend into the same evils it opposes.
  5. Members and Chapters shall not commit, instigate, finance, or excuse any act of violence, hate, or destruction. The revolution of the Nation of Justice begins and continues in the mind.

Chapter X — Continuity and Amendment

  1. This Constitution is to be respected, honored, observed, and revered as a divine guide for as long as the Nation of Justice shall stand.
  2. No amendment may undermine the sacred principles of Respect, Equality, and Justice revealed herein, nor diminish the rights and freedoms set out in Chapter II.
  3. Amendments require a two-thirds majority of the Council of Justice and shall be made solely for the realisation of the core goals of this Covenant.
  4. The principal Founder being the Messenger, while present, shall serve as the final guardian of the spirit of this Constitution; thereafter, the Council of Justice shall be its keeper.

Conclusion

This Constitution is brought to light as a holy covenant journey revealed by the Supreme God, entrusted to the principal Founder being the Messenger, and delivered to all nations and peoples to respect, uphold, defend, protect, and live by.

It is not the property of any one person, tribe, party, or country. It belongs to the People of the Nation of Justice — wherever they are, whoever they are, in whatever tongue they pray.
